I have done a lot of travelling in recent years and this is certainly the best hostel I stayed at - I would have no hesitation in returning. Very central and ultra-helpful staff that cannot do enough for you.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hostel! The staff was super friendly and available 24x7. The Wi-Fi was blazing fast, perfect for streaming holiday movies. The location was also great, just a few minutes walk from the metro station and a short distance from downtown. Loved the comfortable beds with the privacy curtains, it felt like having my own little Christmas cocoon.
The only downside was that it could get pretty loud at night, in case you want to go to bed early. But overall, a minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic stay.

Lisbon Central Hostel is a wonderful hostel, the staff are amazing, the owners make everyone feel special. The beds are so comfortable, there are always hot showers, the kitchen facilities are top quality. There are always pancakes cooked freshly for breakfast and sometimes homemade soup as well in the evening at no cost. This hostel is special, many thanks for an enjoyable stay in such and interesting city. Cheryl and David Thomson

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hostel has a very community- like atmosphere and the walls are covered with useful information about Lisbon. It has a cute and well-furnished interior. There are also daily (or nightly) events organized by the hostel. It's also quite easy to meet people and just hang out at the hostel (there's a nice little tv lounge and computers with free internet access). I'd definitely recommend this place!

Great location near a metro station, making it easy to get around the city.
The room floors were not clean, which was unpleasant.
